「ミライエ秦野」は”定住促進・子育て夫婦支援”を目的に秦野市が企業社宅を買収してリニューアルオープンした。
場所は水無川をへだててカルチュアパークがあり（徒歩数分）富士山が見える。
スーパー、休日診療所も隣接し環境抜群。
入居条件は夫婦どちらも35歳以下、または小学入学前の子供がいる夫婦（ほかに条件あり）。
広さは約40㎡で家賃は4万7千円と4万5千円の2タイプ。
礼金敷金なく入居期間内に秦野市内に住宅購入すると60万円までの補助がでる。
募集50数戸のうち残り10戸ほどらしい。かなり評判がいいようです。
