奥渋にある3店舗のコンセプトショップが入る「INN」では、3.7畳ほどの小さなコの字型のスペースに、期間ごとにジャンルの違うクリエイターを迎えるプロジェクト・ストアを展開しています。
その中にあるカフェ・ラテスタンド「THE LATTE TOKYO」は、東京発のブランドミルク「東京牛乳」を使った濃厚カフェラテ専門店です。
定番の「TOKYO LATTE」をはじめとし、バニラ、チョコレート、ココナッツ、キャラメル、バナナ、ストロベリーなど、さまざまなフレーバーを使い、きれいなグラデーションのカフェラテが楽しめます。
