国際版画美術館で4月9日まで木村利三郎展
ミニ企画展「シリーズ現代の作家 追悼・木村利三郎」展が、町田市立国際版画美術館で4月9日まで開かれています。
ニューヨークで活躍した木村利三郎は、そこで出合ったスクリーンプリントにより〝都市の構造と崩壊〟をテーマにした作品を制作。
中には図らずも同地の悲劇を予示するかのようなものや、崩壊の先にある都市の再生や発展を期待させる作品が含まれています。
同展では、3年前に惜しまれつつ亡くなった〝リサ〟こと木村の版画を、追悼の意を込めて紹介します。入場無料。
